All of the volunteers at Lichfield foodbank are delighted to share the news that our Chairman David Clarke was nominated for the ‘Best Leadership’ category at the 2020 Lichfield Live Community Awards – and won!
Organised by Lichfield Live to recognise those in the community who have made significant contributions during the pandemic, Lichfield foodbank was also nominated in the ‘Best Voluntary Group’ category, which was won by ‘Burntwood Be A Friend’, with ‘Helping Each Other (Lichfield)’ highly commended.
David said: “I am very grateful for the award which, of course, also reflects well on everyone involved with Lichfield foodbank, be they volunteers old or new, young or not so young, who have got us thus far since March”
